VP, Finance and Controller
Yit Yit Wong is Vice President of Finance and Controller at Aspen Standard Wealth, where she leads finance and accounting operations across the platform. She partners closely with Aspen’s operating companies to support the onboarding of new partner RIAs and to build scalable, high-performing accounting and finance functions that enable Aspen’s long-term growth. Yit Yit brings more than 15 years of experience spanning accounting, finance, leadership, M&A , SEC reporting, and Big Four public accounting.
Most recently, Yit Yit was Senior Director of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting at StubHub, an $8.6 billion market cap global technology platform. In this role, she played a key leadership role in StubHub’s IPO readiness journey, spearheading preparation of the S-1 supporting an $800 million capital raise upon its IPO. She also led enterprise-wide ERP implementations across more than 20 global legal entities, implemented automation and reporting tools to streamline the close and reporting process, and oversaw global statutory and compliance frameworks.
Earlier in her career, Yit Yit spent over seven years in Deloitte’s M&A practice, where she led complex integrations, divestitures, financial due diligence, and SEC reporting initiatives for large-scale acquisitions, divestitures and IPOs spanning the Fortune 500. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she worked in the audit function and built a strong foundation in technical accounting, financial reporting, and audit governance.
Yit Yit lives in New York with her family and enjoys traveling and fishing.
Yit Yit graduated with distinction from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, Canada, earning an Honors Business Administration degree. She is an active Certified Public Accountant in New York State and a Chartered Accountant in Canada.
