Saul Weiner leads all human resources and talent acquisition at Aspen Standard Wealth. He develops and executes the firm’s people strategy—building scalable systems and a culture where employees thrive.
Prior to Aspen, Saul held senior HR roles in healthcare and finance, including leading talent acquisition and people analytics through high-growth phases and IPO transitions. He began his career at McKinsey and Salesforce, specializing in business operations and sales strategy.
Saul holds a Master’s in Economics from New York University.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and follows both American and British football.
