Megan Johnson
Business Intelligence Lead
Megan leads business intelligence strategy and execution at Aspen Standard Wealth. She builds and manages the firm’s data architecture, analytics infrastructure, and visualization frameworks to empower teams with the insights they need to make smarter decisions.
Prior to Aspen, Megan held progressive data and analytics roles across healthcare, manufacturing, and supply chain. As Manager of Data and Analytics at MRP Solutions, she spearheaded a full Azure-based data integration overhaul. Earlier, she served as a Sr. Business Analyst at the American Medical Association, where she drove enterprise data governance initiatives and led cross-functional project delivery. She began her career as a Business Analyst at Homewerks Worldwide, developing data warehouse solutions that significantly reduced manual processing.
Megan is working on an M.S. in Applied Business Analytics and an MBA from Jacksonville University and holds a B.S. in Data Analytics from Southern New Hampshire University.
Outside of work, Megan loves to see live music and go to festivals. She also enjoys yoga, reading, traveling, animals, art, and walking around the city of Chicago.
