Justin Wells
Partner and Chief Revenue Officer
Justin is Partner and Chief Revenue Officer at Aspen and is responsible for organic growth, fostering a community of leaders across our businesses, and serves as a board member for several of our businesses.
Prior to Aspen, Justin served as Chief Operating Officer for Westwood, a group comprised of 13 IT managed services providers across the Western US and Canada with more than $250M in revenues and 800 teammates. Justin also led Interlaced, a California-based MSP, growing revenues 5x and creating more than 50 jobs in a 3-year period. Previously, Justin built and led partnerships at Intuit and served 10 years as a US Naval Aviator.
Justin received his MBA from the Rady School of Management at UC San Diego and his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy, where was a member of the NCAA Division I Swimming Team.
In his free time, Justin enjoys working with his hands (construction and gardening), all water sports, and college football and basketball.
