James Ianaconi
Senior Vice President and Head of Partnerships
James Ianaconi is Vice President and Head of Partnerships at Aspen where he is responsible for managing new partnership development initiatives on behalf of the firm.
Prior to Aspen, James served as a Senior Manager of M&A at Hightower Advisors, a national RIA acquirer, and assisted in accelerating the firm’s growth by working on a team that conducted more than 50 RIA acquisitions during his tenure. Prior to Hightower, James served in a role on the private equity business development team at RSM, a national CPA and consulting firm, where he focused on working directly with private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
James received his Bachelor of Economics from The Pennsylvania State University in State College, PA.
In his free time, James enjoys traveling internationally, rooting for Penn State Football, and trying new Miami restaurants, which is where he and his fiancé reside.
