Emma Kearns

Emma is the Lead Program Manager on Aspen’s Technology and Digital Enablement team. She supports technology integrations with our partner firms and drives enterprise technology strategy, implementation, and organizational change.

Prior to joining Aspen, Emma launched her career at Deloitte Consulting, where she worked closely with large financial institutions to drive cost reduction, lower risk, and successfully deliver complex technology transformations. She is energized by bridging technology initiatives with business outcomes and partnering with teams to achieve thoughtful, people-centered solutions that create measurable value.

Emma graduated from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business with a degree in Business Analytics and a minor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

In her free time, she enjoys running, swimming and cycling, traveling, watching college football, and trying new Chicago restaurants.
