Farbod Nowzad

Farbod Nowzad is the CEO and co-founder of Cashmere – the growth intelligence layer for wealth management. The company works with RIAs, banks, roll ups, and wealth teams to deliver high value insights and automation that make their client acquisition processes more effective and efficient. Cashmere is backed by investors such as Canapi, Benchstrength, and General Catalyst.

Farbod was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and spent most of his life there. He graduated form UC Berkeley where he was the first person to ever major in data science. Prior to Cashmere, Farbod worked at Lime and CloudKitchens as a data scientist and founded a social audio startup called Pludo. Today, he lives in Los Angeles where Cashmere is headquartered.

Outside of work, his hobbies include pulling the perfect espresso shot, playing tennis, and exploring restaurants in LA.
