Dan Allison is the founder and CEO of the Feedback Marketing Group, the Advisor Development Community, and The Exchange advisor development platform. He is also the Managing Partner of Integrity, an insurance firm employing more than 7,000 people throughout the country.

With a strong background in clinical psychology, Dan has dedicated over 20 years to addressing the challenges advisors face in maximizing referrals from clients and centers of influence (COIs).

After successfully building and selling a large firm in the mental health industry, Dan embarked on a mission to enhance the flow of referrals to financial advisors. His firm has conducted extensive research, interviewing thousands of top clients and COI relationships to uncover insights into their referral behaviors.
