Nick LoCicero leads recruiting at Aspen Standard Wealth, managing searches across the firm and for select partner organizations. He partners closely with C-suite hiring leaders to identify top talent while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
Prior to Aspen, Nick was a Senior Recruiter at McKinsey & Company, where he led experienced hire recruitment for the firm’s SHaPE (Social, Healthcare & Public Entities) practice. Earlier in his career, he held recruiting roles at several startups and agencies specializing in healthcare and technical hiring.
Nick holds a B.S. in Business Administration & Marketing from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, staying active, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.
