Sam Lassoff
Senior Vice President, Head of Talent and People
Sam Lassoff is Senior Vice President, Head of Talent and People at Aspen, and is responsible for leading talent strategy, talent management and leadership development.
Prior to Aspen, Sam served as Vice President, Portfolio Talent and Organizational Performance at Blackstone, where she built the portfolio talent ecosystem, led strategic initiatives, and partnered with portfolio companies and the deal teams to ensure portfolio companies had fit-for-purpose leadership. Prior, Sam was Head of Research at Human Capital, a talent-focused venture capital firm. Earlier, Sam spent seven years at Heidrick & Struggles in a variety of executive search, strategy & operations and talent management roles, most recently serving as Director, Workforce Strategy & Analytics.
Sam received her BA in East Asian Studies from Columbia University in the City of New York and earned a Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification from Brown University.
She is an ICF credentialed leadership coach who partners with talent at all stages to maximize professional and personal potential.
